Academy Stage 1 - Training & Knowledge Exam
- Receive in-depth instruction on dispatch protocols, radio communications, emergency response systems, and state procedures.
- Learn how to operate our Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems and handle both emergency and non-emergency scenarios.
- Complete a brief exam to confirm understanding of key concepts.
Academy Stage 2 - FTO Evaluation
- Spend 30 minutes in a live evaluation with a Field Training Officer (FTO).
- Demonstrate your ability to apply training in real-time simulations, including call handling, prioritization, and coordination.
- Receive direct feedback and coaching.
